How to use

To Use Separately:

-After cleansing and toning, gently apply either BHA or AHA using fingers or a cotton pad over entire face and neck.

-Avoid direct contact with eyes and lips.

-Do not rinse.

-For daytime, always finish with SPF 30+.

-For nighttime, follow with the rest of your routine.

-Start slowly.

-Apply every other day and note skin’s response.

-Then use up to twice daily.

-If you have a salicylate allergy, check with your physician before using any products that contain salicylic acid.

To use together:

-Beginner: Start with AHA every two to three days and BHA every to two three days.

-Moderate: Alternate AHA and BHA every other day.

-Advanced: Use AHA and BHA dailyone in the AM and the other in PM.

-For best results, Paulas Choice recommends experimenting with integrating both into your routine.
