How to use

Twist cap to open the nozzle and hold 4 6 inches from skin to apply. For applying to face, spray on hands and rub in. Best applied 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Rub in and reapply as needed every two hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying.
