It provides a pH regulating and corrective action, ensuring optimal balance. Essential Amino Acids:formulated with more than 11 essential amino acids to help protect and increase hair strength. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Forhigh lightening and maximum protection, mix 1+2 Power Deco bleach with Oxi Blue (40g+80g) and add 1/2 part (compared to Power Deco) of Blond Control Oil (20ml). The order of mixing is important: first mix the bleach with the oxidant and add the oil last. Changing the order can affect the effectiveness of the bleaching. Formaximum lightening powermix 1+3 to 1+2Power Decobleach withOxi Blue(40g+ 80-120g). The system can even be used in the ratio 1+2 on more resistant hair where a high lightening power is needed. For acontrolled lightening of natural hair, mix BLOND CONTROL OIL with OXI BLUE (50g +100g) at a ratio of 1+2. Theexposure timevaries according to the desired level of lightening and depending on the condition of the hair between20 and 60 minutes.
